Integrated Outpatient Services

New Horizon Counseling Center’s Integrated Outpatient Services (IOS) Clinics provide comprehensive behavioral health care, including mental health and substance use services, in one coordinated setting. This integrated approach makes it easier for children, adolescents, and adults to receive care based on their individual needs, including when mental health and substance use concerns occur together.

Our IOS Clinics are licensed and overseen by both the New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) and the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS). Our team includes licensed clinicians, psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and other professionals who work together to provide coordinated care and support using evidence-based practices.

We offer open access and immediate walk-in services to make it easier to begin care. Each person receives an assessment to understand their needs, strengths, concerns, and goals. Together, the individual and treatment team develop a personalized plan of care.

Our goal is to help each person improve their emotional well-being, reduce symptoms and other challenges, strengthen relationships and daily functioning, and work toward meaningful

goals. These goals may include recovery, greater independence, education, employment, stronger family and community connections, and improved quality of life.
