NHCC Founded/Ozone Park Clinic Opens
On October 1 1981, New Horizon Counseling Center was founded by Dr. Isac Bechor, a board certified Psychiatrist and Neurologist with the vision of becoming a premier safety net provider and serving the surrounding communities.
